  • We are happy to help you on every step of your journey, so there is no limit to the number of sessions you can book with us! We highly recommend booking at least 3 sessions to start, so that your coach has time to get to know your unique situation and can keep you on track for the goals you will set together in your first session.

  • We serve a wide range of ages, including:

    • Early and mid career professionals up to age 35

    • College students

    • Students who are entering their senior year of high school

    If you are outside of our typical age range, you are welcome to email us at hello@aspirebrighter.com and explain your current career trajectory - we’ll be happy to confirm whether we think our services are the right fit for you!

  • Everything is virtual (via phone calls, video meetings, and emailed resources), which means that it’s easy to fit into your schedule from wherever you are! We only ask that you find a nice, quiet space for any meetings so that we can hear your beautiful voice clearly.

    All coaching sessions will be video calls by default and you will receive the meeting link when you book a session, in the confirmation email. If you encounter technical difficulties, your coach will call the phone number you provided at the time of purchase.

  • We love editing your writing, and we can share all sorts of handy templates for resumes, cover letters, personal statements, and more that you can use to create amazing drafts. Our coaches can also help you brainstorm awesome ideas before you even start writing!


    However, we will not write your materials for you - the words need to come from your lovely brain 🧠

  • Standardized tests can be a headache, and unfortunately that’s not our area of expertise. However, we can absolutely help you market yourself to universities and employers so that you leap off the page, regardless of your test score!

  • To help motivate you to get moving and make your dreams a reality (let’s be real, we all procrastinate sometimes), you must complete all of your sessions within 120 days of purchasing. After that, they will expire.

  • We hope you have a spectacular experience in our sessions! That said, we understand that life happens. You can always reschedule a session for no additional cost, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

    If something comes up and you need a refund for a service you have not yet used, you can email us at hello@aspirebrighter.com at least 24 business hours before your appointment to request a refund. If you purchased several sessions at a time and only ended up scheduling some of them, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the package you bought.

    One more thing to note: at Aspire Brighter, we have zero tolerance for hate and bigotry. In order to maintain a welcoming environment for all of our clients, any person who is disrespectful to other clients or to our staff, or who displays any hate symbols, may be removed from access to our services and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Your data is safe with us! We will never share or sell your information with third parties, except those that we use to complete our services - and even then, your information is only used to provide the services you paid for.

    It’s true that we can’t resist staying in touch with you (you’ve already got a special place in our hearts!), but you can always unsubscribe from our email lists.
