I know the feeling - you graduate from school, excited to make a difference in the world, but you have no idea where to begin finding your dream job. You’re not even sure what your dream job is, exactly.

That's exactly why I founded Aspire Brighter: to help the next generation of change-makers get clear on their goals, feel genuinely supported in their job search, and build careers they're actually proud of.

Young professionals are my absolute favorite people to work with, and I've spent decades in the nonprofit sector doing just that: designing leadership programs, mentoring cohorts, and walking alongside people at every stage of their early career journey.

I've taught at universities, presented at organizations of every size, and even worked with elected officials on policy advocacy at the state, national, and international levels. But honestly? The work I love most is the one-on-one stuff: helping you figure out your next move.
