How It Works

You’ll earn 10% of the first purchase made by any new client who lists your full name or referral code at checkout when booking a qualifying Aspire Brighter service.

Right now, qualifying services include:

• One-on-one career coaching sessions

• Multi-session coaching packages

• The Aspire Brighter Institute cohort program

• Any other service hosted directly by Aspire Brighter (this doesn’t include workshops or events hosted in collaboration with outside orgs).

Payouts are issued quarterly via Venmo. Once the refund window on the qualifying service has closed, your commission will be added to that quarter’s payout.

If someone lists more than one affiliate at checkout, the 10% will be split evenly between those listed.

To keep the paperwork simple for you (and for us), referral earnings are capped at $599 per calendar year per person. If you’re close to that and want to keep going, reach out to us to explore options and tax forms.

Getting Started

To sign up, just fill out the form on this page. You’ll get a confirmation email once we have recorded your info, and from that point onward you’ll be eligible for earnings on all purchases that mention you.

When you apply, you’ll also share any social accounts where you plan to promote Aspire Brighter. You’ll need written approval from us before promoting on any additional public accounts or new platforms.

You must be 18+ and located in the U.S. to join the program. You also need to be officially signed up before a purchase is made in order to qualify for payout. Self-referrals (or referrals from people in your household) aren’t eligible.

This agreement starts the day you submit your form and continues until you or we end it. Either of us can end this agreement with 30 days’ notice. We may also end it immediately if these terms are violated.

How to Promote

You’re welcome to promote Aspire Brighter on social media using the logo, images, and links we provide. You agree not to change or misuse our materials, and not to use them in a way that misleads people or harms our reputation.

You must also clearly disclose that you earn a commission from your referrals (this is required by FTC guidelines). If you send emails to promote us, you’ll need to follow laws like the CAN-SPAM Act, including getting consent and including opt-out links.

You are not allowed to:

• Send spam or fake bookings

• Mislead people about Aspire Brighter or what we offer

• Use our brand in ways that imply we sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with your brands or other partners (unless we explicitly approve it in writing)

• Use adware or software that delivers unsolicited ads

• Bid on Aspire Brighter’s branded keywords in search engines without written approval

If we receive any complaints about your promotion tactics (or if we find anything unethical, deceptive, or offensive) we reserve the right to cancel your agreement.

You’re authorized to promote us on the platforms you listed in your form, but you’re not a representative of Aspire Brighter beyond that. Be sure to avoid speaking on our behalf, sending press releases, or making public statements about the program unless we’ve given you permission in writing.

We have zero tolerance for hate and bigotry. If you share anything we deem harmful or offensive, you will be removed from the program and will receive no further payouts.

Protecting Each Other

By joining this program, you agree to promote Aspire Brighter in a way that’s honest, respectful, and legal. You also agree to keep any non-public info you learn about our business (like client lists, internal materials, and strategy) confidential.

If you ever break this agreement, promote Aspire Brighter in a misleading or inappropriate way, or have some other disagreement with Aspire Brighter, you agree to cover any costs that come up because of that (including legal costs, like attorneys’ fees, if things go that far). If there is ever a claim - whether it is from you or someone else - Aspire Brighter’s total liability will be capped at the commission you earned from relevant referrals in the 12 months prior to that claim. Aspire Brighter’s records are the final word when it comes to tracking referrals and calculating your commission.

During your time as an affiliate and for five years after the agreement ends, you agree not to:

• Poach our clients or team members.

• Solicit or attempt to solicit Aspire Brighter’s clients or team members to pitch other products or services (whether they be your own or someone else’s).

You and Aspire Brighter both agree not to make (or encourage anyone else to make) any harmful, defamatory, or disparaging statements about each other. This includes all Aspire Brighter staff members.

This agreement doesn’t create an employee relationship; you’re an independent affiliate. It also can’t be transferred to someone else without permission.

If any part of this agreement conflicts with another document, this one takes priority. If either of us fails to enforce a term, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to enforce it later.

Limits & Legal Notes

Aspire Brighter delivers services “as is,” which means we don’t make guarantees or warranties.

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we also reserve the right to change, pause, or end the affiliate program at any time.

Any disputes will be handled remotely through document-based arbitration; no in-person hearings required.

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. By signing up, you’re agreeing to these terms.
