Whether you prefer to tell people about us through public social media pages, or feel more comfortable with casual word of mouth, we're grateful to have your support.

How It Works

You will receive 10% of the first purchase of each client who lists your full name in the 'how did you hear about us' section at the time of booking a qualifying Aspire Brighter service.

Qualifying services include: one-on-one career coaching sessions, multi-session coaching packages, enrollment in the Aspire Brighter Institute cohort program, and any other services hosted directly by Aspire Brighter. Workshops or events hosted in collaboration with external partner organizations are excluded from this referral program.

Payouts are issued via Venmo, typically within 30 days of the refund window closing.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate.

To sign up for the program, just send an email to hello@aspirebrighter.com with the phrase "I agree to the terms of the Aspire Brighter referral and affiliate program as described at www.aspirebrighter.com/referrals," and include your full name and Venmo handle. Or, if an Aspire Brighter staff member has reached out to you about this opportunity, sending those details in a response to their direct message, text, or email will act as your registration for this program.

The Fine Print

Referral activity must be honest and non-deceptive. No spam, fake bookings, or false claims about Aspire Brighter, its staff, or its offerings.

You must formally sign up for the program prior to your first referral's purchase in order to be eligible for payout from that purchase.

You may not refer yourself or someone in your household to qualify for a payout.

If a customer lists more than one referral name when making their first purchase, the 10% payout will be split evenly between the eligible references listed.

At this time, referral earnings are capped at $599 per calendar year per individual to keep the paperwork simple. That said, if you are on track to exceed this cap, you are welcome to reach out to us to discuss an exception and to complete any necessary tax forms.

Aspire Brighter reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
